New Zealand’s health and disability “watchdog” needs a new team member to assist with complaints resolution.
As a complaints assessor, you will need strong writing and analytical skills, excellent communication, good organisation, and computer literacy. Experience in complaints handling or case management and the health and disability sector is desirable.
