Information in accessible formats for people with sight impairment

In collaboration with the Royal New Zealand Foundation for the Blind, HDC has arranged the development  of the educational leaflet Learning from Complaints in accessible formats. The leaflet provides information about the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights, what consumers can do if they experience a problem with the service they receive, how to make a complaint, and what to expect if they do so.  View text in html.
