Director of Proceedings

Courtney McCulloch was appointed Director of Proceedings in November 2022.

Ms McCulloch has extensive litigation experience in the medico-legal jurisdiction and came to the HDC in 2018 after working as a litigator for nine years in the historic abuse, human rights, and accident compensation jurisdictions. Prior to that she worked in general practice.

Ms McCulloch holds a Bachelors of Laws and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) degree from Victoria University of Wellington, and a post-graduate qualification in dispute resolution from Massey University.
