Director of Proceedings
Greg Robins is the Acting Director of Proceedings until December 2021. Kerrin Eckersley, who was appointed Director of Proceedings in 2017, will resume the role in December 2021.
Mr Robins was appointed as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2008. His recent experience includes four years at the Office of Human Rights Proceedings as a Senior Solicitor, which involved the carriage of proceedings under the Human Rights Act 1993 and Privacy Act 1993. His previous employment also includes the Crown Law Office in Wellington and Government Legal Department in London.
Mr Robins holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Laws (Dist) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
